What is the "modular system"?
Our modular system is a flexible building block system in which individual modules (i.e. our counter trays and counter tops) are designed so that they can be easily combined, exchanged or extended.
In concrete terms, this means that our platters and trays for the fresh food counter are available in three different sizes to suit the depth of your counter. Our plates for catering and gastronomy all have GN standard dimensions.
How do I know which tray and platter size I need?
The counter depth is the central measure for this. Therefore, always filter directly in the product selection according to your counter depth. You will then only see the sizes that are suitable for your counter depth.
How do I use the space in my counter sensibly?
