How long does delivery take from the time of order?

Take advantage of our express delivery service at PricoPlex: with around 15,000 products in stock on site, our main range is available to you quickly. This means that your desired products can be with you within one day if your opening or event is already on the doorstep.

How high are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are € 8.90 net.

Is it possible to reorder at short notice?

Of course. If you order by 12 noon, you can receive your parcel the next morning, provided the products are available in stock. We will be happy to inform you personally about all the details.

Is it possible to order samples?

You are welcome to request a sample shipment: See for yourself and order trial samples from PricoPlex for a better selection. This gives you the opportunity to take a close look at our materials in advance. Please send us an e-mail to office@pricoplex.com

Counter planning and advice

Here you will find frequently asked questions about our counter planning, advice and on-site support.

What is the "modular system"?

Our modular system is a flexible building block system in which individual modules (i.e. our counter trays and countertops) are designed in such a way that they can be easily combined, exchanged or extended.

In concrete terms, this means that our platters and trays for the fresh food counter are available in three different sizes to suit the depth of your counter. Our plates for catering and gastronomy all have GN standard dimensions.

How do I measure my counter depth?

The counter depth refers to the actual usable area within the counter - i.e. the area in which Deep Trays and products can be placed. It is measured from the inner front edge to the rear wall of the display area, without technology or inclined glass surfaces.

Are you involved in the set-up?

Yes, the responsible sales representative is present during set-up. The goods arrive in advance with the forwarding agent. Our AD puts the goods away empty with the staff, explains the system and gives tips on loading/filling, care and cleaning of the trays and plates.

How do I use the space in my counter sensibly?

1. use the plates and trays in the size that makes sense for your counter depth.

2. use Angle Solutions for tricky corners and counter angles.

3. also use the height of your counter with Stepped Displays.

Are your products really break-proof?

When used as intended, our goods are break-proof, i.e. the bowl will fall out of your hand or fall off the counter.

Which surface is easier to clean - matt or glossy?

There is no difference here. Both surfaces are equally easy to clean and maintain equally well.

Are the products dishwasher-safe?

Yes, they are.

Are the products microwave-safe?

No, they are not.
