Snacks That Really Work
Under this motto, Stefan Klausmann from Bedford and Klaus Wydra from PricoPlex put their hearts and souls into rolling, topping, and calculating recipes for you at the 2024 Snack Workshop in Oranienbaum-Wörlitz. The bottom line: It’s not hard to arrange a snack attractively and present it at the deli counter in a way that makes your customers want to take a bite right away.

The Art of Snack Presentation: Tips and Tricks
Our second snack workshop of 2024 focused on the art of appealing snack presentation. Klaus Wydra from PricoPlex and Stefan Klausmann from Bedford demonstrated how to skillfully showcase snacks to maximize their appeal and whet customers’ appetites.
Another key focus of the workshop was the presentation of snacks at the counter. PricoPlex’s shatter-resistant and durable counter trays are ideal for attractively displaying food. These high-quality display trays are not only functional but also play a crucial role in presenting food in an appealing and sales-promoting way. This helps you capture customers’ attention and boost sales.

The winner at the 2024 Snack Workshop: the wrap!
Klaus Wydra and Stefan Klausmann demonstrated how it’s done and prepared various snacks. The participants also enthusiastically pitched in and exchanged ideas with the presenters and among themselves. An old favorite emerged as the clear crowd favorite: the wrap.
Participants got to see firsthand how a wrap is perfectly filled and then professionally wrapped in the appropriate packaging. Vegan and vegetarian versions of the wrap can also be prepared in no time at all.
An important tip for presentation: Always place the cut side facing the customer to showcase the filling.
