Patented honeycomb base inserts give your meat presentation a freshness boostThe honeycomb base inserts prevent discoloration of the meat over a long period of time. According to customer feedback, this is around 72 hours for beef. This means you can offer the meat fresh for much longer. The honeycomb bases are available in a choice of colors, either tone-on-tone or in contrasting colors. A welcome side effect: small amounts of meat juice that escape are no longer visible with this technology. If your display plates and trays are equipped with honeycomb bases, paper inserts are no longer necessary.
