With filling capacities of 3.7 liters (390 x 190 x 90 mm) and 2.7 liters (GN 1/3 in size 325 x 176 x 90 mm), the premium silicone moulds with stainless steel reinforcements have important handling advantages: no release agent is required before baking, as is the case with conventional metal moulds, and after baking, the silicone pans can simply be put in the dishwasher thanks to their non-stick properties. They are also dimensionally stable and stackable.
